In a world full of people trying to survive in the rock jungle, three different people meet each other in the amazing chaos of Amsterdam, Netherlands. They made a collective decision to merge their strengths in order to transform their lives and careers, giving birth to the Building in Focus team, presenting for you Alexandre, Natasha and Olga.

This group will share the process of building a project for Dif, working as volunteers and having different backgrounds, ages, nationalities, and availability. Also some reflections and feelings. Despite their differences, they share a common goal: to embark on a career in UX in NL.

Now, let's get to know them better!

- Alexandre, affectionately known as Alex, is an avid explorer who has already spent several years living in Dublin, fearlessly embracing new challenges. He is a typical easygoing guy from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has +10 years as Graphic Designer and loves a glass of wine.

- Natasha, left São Paulo, Brazil in 2017 to embark on a new adventure: studying at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Nowadays, graduated in Sociology she is looking forward to changing her life career. She is clever enough to try and powerful enough to succeed. Also, she never turns down an opportunity to socialise and enjoy a glass of beer.

- Olga, the embodiment of sweetness, journeyed from Guatemala to Europe and established herself as a designer. She is passionate about plants, art, books and cherishing her role as a mother.

But you may be wondering, why has this group chosen to undertake a volunteer project?

It's a combination of several factors, including:
